Osmaniye İŞGEM Campus
Osmaniye ISGEM is located at Toprakkale Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone on block 124 and layout 21 with 37.500 m2 total area. The closed area of Osmaniye ISGEM building is 10.240 m2, and it is built to host 38 tenants in total.
The building has got 6 blocks as listed below;
- Block A: has 6 units each of 500 m2.
- Block B: has 16 units each of 250 m2.
- Block C: has 16 units each of 125 m2.
- Block D: Administrative Building has three floors total size of 1.240 m2. It includes common usage areas for training, seminars etc., meeting rooms and service areas such as computer center and conference room.
- Block E: has total size of 280 m2 includes social areas such as cafeteria.
- Block F: has total area of 40 m2 constructed as infrastructure building. All the electricity, internet, heating, telephone etc. infrastructures are distributed from this block to others.
Construction and furnishing of Osmaniye İŞGEM settlement has been completed and the process of acceptance and evaluation of entrepreneurs is continuing.

Ground Breaking Ceremony
The foundations for the Building for İŞGEM – Osmaniye Business Development Centre Workshops and Services were laid on 14th December, 2016. The Ground Breaking Ceremony for the building was held with the participation of Kerem Al, Governor of Osmaniye; Dr. Suat Önal, Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for Osmaniye; high-level executives from public agencies and institutions; representatives of political parties; and industrialists and business people.
The Governorate of Osmaniye allocated 8.3 million Euro in resources for Osmaniye İŞGEM to contribute duly to the economy of Turkey. 17% of these resources was financed from the national budget and 83% by the European Union.
